Shipping policy

Thank you for placing your order.  We think you’ve made a great choice! All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please check to ensure your shipping information is correct.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping on Canada-wide orders of over $100 and use Canada Post as our shipping carrier.  For U.S. and international applicable shipping rates, please visit Canada Post Rate Calculator.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@steorras.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you. Please note that depending on the location the item(s) is being shipped to and the type of shipping selected, the delivery time may be longer.

Returns and Exchanges
With the exception of final sale items, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@steorras.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
